Welcome to GHE Streamline®

GHE Streamline® is a fully managed lifting asset inspection contract, customised tothe unique requirements of your business. Inspections, scheduled maintenance, breakdowns and repairs for all your lifting equipment, are taken care of with GHE Streamline®.

Remove operational risks and improve safety

Engaging multiple providers to inspect, service and maintain lifting equipment carries considerable risk for your business and operator. GHE Lifting’s comprehensive, hassle-free inspections cover all manufacturers and models of lifting equipment – above and below the hook – regardless of previous inspection and maintenance history.

All Lifting Equipment compliant and inspected

Prior to GHE Streamline®, it may be unclear what lifting equipment is being inspected by which contractor, so no one is actively looking for new lifting equipment or any that are missing from the asset register. Worse still, there even might be some lifting equipment, not being inspected at all. With GHE Streamline®, there is a single point of contact, 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week and GHE Lifting are responsible for inspecting every above and below the hook lifting asset, on every site.

Standardised and visual tracking system

Multiple different tagging or tracking systems, or none at all, is risky and dangerous and the operator is uncertain whether the lifting equipment is compliant or been inspected to Australian Standards and WHS Legislative scheduling requirements.

With GHE Streamline®, an Inspection scheduling board with a coloured tagging system is installed at every site, so if an auditor, WHS Manager or operator requires the inspection intervals and when the lifting equipment was last inspected, they have a visual, single-point of reference chart and a corresponding tag attached to the lifting equipment.

End-to-End Supply Chain, Quality Control and Traceability

When purchasing new lifting equipment from multiple vendors, there is no guarantee that it will be added to your lifting equipment register or that it will be inspected at the mandatory intervals required by Australian Standards.

As part of GHE Streamline®, all new lifting equipment ordered from GHE Lifting, is identified, findable and compliant, which means complete supply-chain and quality control management. When below-the-hook lifting equipment or a crane system is ordered, it is automatically added to the client’s lifting equipment register, by asset type and by site location.

The GHE Streamline® Process

With every client, we commence a pilot programme that includes an audit and inspection of all the lifting equipment on every site.

Access to GHE Lifting Advisory Team

The Australian Standards and WHS Legislation can be ambiguous and difficult to understand. With GHE Streamline®, you have free access to the GHE Lifting advisory team for all WHS Legislation, Australian Standards and compliance queries, so your lifting equipment can be restored to compliance quickly.

Secure your discount on spare parts and capital projects

With a GHE Streamline® inspection contract in place, all spare parts and capital expenditure receive an automatic discount. This discount applies throughout the life of your GHE Streamline® contract.

Engage with reliable, licenced and competent technicians

The WHS Regulator responsible for each state and territory jurisdiction, outline what the characteristics and qualities for a “Competent Person.”

The Australian Standards that apply for that type of lifting equipment, also outline the definition of a “Competent Person.”

For example, for cranes and hoists, the definition of a “Competent Person” as per Australian Standards AS2550.1-2011 is as follows;

1.4.1 Competent person

A person who has acquired through training, qualification, experience or a combination of these, the knowledge and skill enabling that person to correctly perform the required task.

All GHE Lifting Technicians meet and exceed the definition of a “Competent Person.” In addition to the competency required by Australian Standards, there are a number of licences that are mandatory.

Our technicians are amongst the most licenced trades in Australia. As a team, we carry decades of experience in inspections, servicing, repairs and maintenance of lifting equipment.
